the stay was utterly disappointing. the beds were downright miserable, felt like sleeping on bricks. and do not get me started on the rude check-out guy, who made me feel like an annoyance. woudl ve been great to receive a complimentary gesture for that tragedy. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Single traveler’s excellent location

I gotta say, the staff were super helpful, they made you feel like family. The room had this cozy vibe, and you know what, there was this kettle with coffee supplies which was a nice surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but considering the prime location it was acceptable.

The location is unbeatable for exploring the old town.

I am outraged by the horrendous service at check-in. The reception staff treated me as though I was an annoyance rather than a guest. the bathroom needed major updates and fresh towels were not provided.

The moldy bathroom was a bummer, but the comfy bed made me sleep well.

We enjoyed the fantastic air conditioning and a comfy room with plenty of light. The location was perfect for us, allowing easy walks through the beautiful old town with our newborn baby. Can't beat the convenience of nearby restaurants!

a solid stay but room could use a refresh

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old city where everything is just a short walk away. My room was nice and comfy, keeping warm during the chilly winter nights. The shower had all the amenities I could ask for, and the kettle with cups was a nice touch that added to my experience. The city view from my room was stunning, adding a beautiful backdrop to my stay.
