Icone Hotel - Annecy

The beds were downright miserable, seemed like sleeping on bricks. And do not get me started on the rude check-out guy. Woudl ve been great to receive a complimentary gesture for that tragedy. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Comforts of fairly quiet queen room with three beds where fabulous. Very central location not far from ten minutes' walk from the bus, sunday's market and the lake and many excellent bars and restaurants, it was in a beautiful area.

Le Kyriad is located in the pedestrian street of Annecy nearby lots of good restaurants

I gotta say, the super nice team. The room had this cozy vibe, and you know what, there was this kettle with coffee supplies which was a nice surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but considering the prime location it was acceptable.

The location was great. There was a lot of activity in the city center and we were able to easily access it with our family including small children.

There isn't an elevator but the price was right. The showerhead was coming off of the wall and sprayed water everywhere so it wasn't too relaxing. It was clean and a good value.

The location is unbeatable for exploring the old town.

I am outraged by the horrendous service at check-in. The reception staff treated me as though I was an annoyance rather than a guest. The room conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom needed major updates and fresh towels were not provided.

Our stay at the Kyriad Annecy hotel was great, the location of the hotel is right in the old city, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and recommended. Rooms are clean and comfy. If you have lots of luggage plan accordingly - there is no elevator. Staff was also helpful with parking which the hotel does not have, so you either park at pay park places and you will be reimbursed or you can drive to residential areas and park for free - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The moldy bathroom was a bummer, but the comfy bed made me sleep well.

The hotel is right in the city and within walking distance to everything. It was quite complicated to find initially even with the map. The parking was very close and secure.

The hotel was excactly as advertised...very basic with no fridge/safe/bar etc but very comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good and good value.

It has marvellous and incredible location for visiting Annecy Castle.

The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to the old town and waterfront attractions. I appreciated the cozy room amenities with a tv and a kettle for making tea. The accommodating staff added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Wardrobe was just a rail behind a curtain . Room small and basis , BUT it was not expensive

The hotel was very centrally located in the heart of the the old town of Annecy and was within walking distance to all we wanted to see. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had everything we could want plus a tea and coffee making facility which made it perfect.

Car parking was additional and not within the hotel.
